Registration Form

It is the parent/guardians responsibility to ensure their junior is dressed accordingly for sessions (e.g. layers when it is cold/wet). Furthermore, do not send your junior to sessions if they are ill, have cold/flu/cough or a high temperature. 

As part of registering you hereby give consent for the club to use photographic images and videos for marketing purposes such as social media. Furthermore, you give consent for the club to administer First aid & emergency medical aid as required. As part of registering you accept that you have read and agree with the club constitution, child protection policy, equality policy, code of conduct for players/coaches/parents and spectators. Your details will be shared with the FA as part of the registration process. We will never share your details with any 3rd party and only be used by the club personnel to contact you regarding the services we provide.
